Firstly, you must be over 30 years of age

PSD DO NOT provide insurance for the Minibus.

YOU must provide PSD with a fully comprehensive insurance certificate which covers PSD's Minibus throughout the hire periods.

You must have catergory D1 on your driving licence to qualify to drive the minibus

You must have held a license for 1 years minimum

You must be over 25 to drive a PSD vehicle, however there are vehicles that PSD have on Fleet which require you to be 30 + Minibuses not only require you to be 30+ but if you passed your Driving Test after 1997 your license will need to show a D1 which allows you to drive these vehicles. PSD have a standard Deposit, £250 cars £300 on our Vans Excess is £750

CARS = £250

VANS = £300

PSD do offer an excess waiver on the £750 Be sure to ask about lowering the Excess when you book your vehicle. Excess on all hire's is £750..

Hires normally run from 8:30am until 8:30am the following day however special arrangements can be made.

The deposit that is required when booking a vehicle is part of a £750.00 excess. PSD have fantastic options to waive the excess to a manageable charge, Please ask for details. In the event of an accident the full excess is taken in all cases, until the insurance companies accept liablility. Certian items are not covered by insurance and are therefore chargeable to the hire in full i.e – Windscreen damage,tyre damage or punctures,engine damage due to lack of water ,oil or any other fluids, interior damage (Cig burns, rips to seats),fuel contamination.

No! Because of theft and damage risks,Deposits can be taken if this is done.

Yes!! As long as we have enough time to make the necessary arrangements.

All our vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel, hirers must return vehicles with full tank.

Unfortunately not, however if you have a credit card you can use it to leave a deposit but it does carry a 3% surcharge. Debit cards do not carry the surcharge in which case we strongly suggest that you use this card to help save your expenses

No! The insurance companies are very strict; you must produce the full driving licence.

Please note that PSD will endevour to meet all your requirements if notice is given. If you are booking online for a hire to start with 48 hrs, your booking will only be active once PSD confirm it back to you. Depending on what the points are for and how old they are it may still be possible to hire, contact rental staff to check.

NO- If the hire is 24hrs then you get 150 miles included in the price any additional mileage is charged at 10p per mile plus vat. If the hire is for a longer period then the allowance is greater.

Like any Business, The company (PSD) if they feel it necassary, can refuse to hire. This will be non-negotiable
